After searching the Lexington County area, Wendell and I chose a home at The Landings at Night Harbor. We lived in Chapin 20+ years ago, before moving away for our jobs, and couldn't wait to return. We've never lived in a place as charming and friendly as Chapin.
We've always wanted to live on the lake, but weren't sure if it was in our budget. The Landings at Night Harbor provided us the opportunity to have lake access and a home that fit our budget and all our design and function needs perfectly!
The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous, and the fact that the homes are maintenance-free means we'll have more time to spend fishing on the lake, playing with our grandchildren in the park and socializing with neighbors in the clubhouse!

My son and his family moved to Night Harbor 3 years ago. I was living in Montana and decided I wanted to move to Chapin to be near them. I looked for the "perfect" house in the Chapin area for nearly 2 years. I fell in love with the Night Harbor neighborhood because of the beautiful setting on Lake Murray and the friendly people. When I was visiting over Labor Day, 2008, The Landings was being built. When I walked up from my son's house to see the model, it was love at first sight. I decided right then that The Landings was going to be perfect for me, and I chose a lot to build on before going back to Montana. I had the privilege of being the first person to purchase and build my "perfect" house in The Landings. I moved in June 17th, 2009 and look forward to meeting new neighbors!

We were looking at many homes in the Lexington and Chapin area but none were quite right until we walked into the model at The Landings. We were immediately blown away by the open floor designs, quality of the materials used and the area surrounding the lake. The granite in the kitchen was such a beautiful touch. When we saw the prices we were even more surprised. We made two trips back that day and although we continued to look, we always came back to The Landings. Now, with the help of the gracious sales department, we are happy to call The Landings at Night Harbor home.
